希爾頓網站的魅力
      1995年8月,希爾頓網站開通。在眾多的酒店網站中,希爾頓網站以精湛的設計、精美溫馨的網頁和人性化、專業化的流程,獨樹一幟,成為同行業中的佼佼者。
      希爾頓網站的網頁以清新、精美、溫馨為基本格調,情景交融,渲染了人際友善與自然和諧。在公眾心目中,希爾頓品牌以為著成功、富麗、豪華,客戶多為社會精英和名流,這些人的年齡以中年居多,反映在網站上,宣揚的是一種面向尊貴、崇敬長者的親情,這尤其體現在以“特殊的榮幸、專門的優惠、個人的照料”為內容的“希爾頓尊長榮譽”服務欄中。與此相輝映,網站中風光、建筑、名勝、室內陳設、戶外運動場等,構成了一道道亮麗的風景線。以首頁和各主導欄目主頁為例,許多網站都講酒店標志、主題名言、酒店名稱等放在最上方的位置。希爾頓卻將這些下降一格,在此放上自然風光、酒店的內外環境、喜氣洋洋的客人的圖片,其精美程度如同一幅幅藝術品,足以吸引訪問者的眼球。
      查詢是網站最普通的功能。希爾頓查詢系統就設計得相當細致周密、脈絡清楚,檢索途徑為國家、州/省、市目錄,然后是酒店所在地區地理圖,其上標出周圍各主要街區、景點、標志建筑,再附上放大圖,然后才是酒店主樓外景、客房內部陳設圖。
      希爾頓網站欄目安排合理,緊扣網站營銷主題。網站欄目分兩類板塊:一是業務類欄目,二是促銷類欄目。業務類欄目包括客房預訂、公司介紹、人力資源、電子郵件登錄、反饋表、集團重要日期、會議預訂、印務中心、服務流程、打包服務、相關鏈鎖等。促銷類欄目包括促銷主管、特別優惠、希爾頓榮譽客戶、高速互聯網服務、花園客棧、榮譽會員、希爾頓信用卡、希爾頓智能卡、遠程客房配置、榮譽點津貼等。
      網上預訂時網站的核心,為了方便客人,希爾頓精心設計,巧妙安排,所有面向客人的業務流程均細致縝密,從個人服務到團隊活動到大型國際會議的承辦,網站都設計了系統的電子表格和配套的特殊服務。以舉辦會議為例,網站推出了一套嚴格且細致的會務問答接待體系,它包括會前、會中、會后的一系列服務項目表單。又例如,客人訂房填寫的電子表格,包括了抵離時間,所需房間數,成人小孩數,喜歡怎樣的床(包括床上用品),是否抽煙和房價。為了避免差錯,在“網上訂房”欄下設有“訂房幫助網頁”,對上述填寫內容做詳盡的解釋。如“成人”,說明“一個客房內最多可住四名成人,但超過一人時可能加收一定費用”。總之,每一項預訂流程常常是包括了數十項選擇、意向調查和大量的細節詢問。這種不厭其煩的認真態度,體現了希爾頓的專業設計師設計酒店形象水準和高度的責任心。
